friendly staff coffee machine good breakfast

the staff was very friendly and cute. the free coffee machine located in the lobby was a nice addition. the hotel is conveniently located near a nice lake and i found that breakfast offered a good range of choices and the quality was great.

getting served at the bar was a bit slow.

The staff were helpful. I will give them that.

The ac did not work in my room. They moved me, but honestly, the parking was too far away anyway. walking around a dark lake late at night took like, 15 mins. not great.

the staff was friendly. the room had great facilities and a comfortable bed. location near the nec made getting to events easy. the business style was well-conceived with excellent public spaces.

the parking was somewhat expensive, even with the offered subsidy.

i found the hotel vibe very modern, the entrance to the lobby was homely with an amazing setup for get togethers. the staff were helpful. they provided all the assistance that i needed. the rooms were a great size, the beds were comfy and the bathrooms were super clean. the rooms also had an a/c unit so the heat had no impact on my stay.

the parking situation was not ideal as the hotel parking is a 10 mins walk around a lake to get to the hotel. this felt unsafe at night. i was disappointed at the high temperature in the room. i was told to open a window, but this let in noise and did not make a big difference.
